✨ All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of my products (stickers and art prints) and the fact that every item is carefully hand-prepared and packed by me, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
🌸 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
I take great care in packing your happy mail, but if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
I will review the situation and do my best to make it right with a replacement or a refund.
🚚 Lost Packages
Berry Bear Art Shop is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If your package is marked as "delivered" but you cannot find it, please contact your local postal service for assistance.
